I trim my little ones ears. When I first got Abby her ears were down, but after I trimmed them they perked right up. They both had at least a quarter of an inch of hair that I trimmed and still have a little extra hair - I am not comfortable with shaving them either.
One of my first Yorkies (Jackie - she was 17 when I had to let her go 6 years ago) had one broken ear - she was such a cutie. She had so much character. Her broken ear fit her personality perfectly. |
