I know the feeling. I about died when I had to leave Hot Rod for his lp surgery because I knew that he was staying the night.
Snooze will do just great. Once he starts to feel better, it'll be hard on you cause he should really not run around or jump for about 10 days or so. Once the pain, if any, wears off, they go back to being their little terror selves.
