Your vet's office should give you a copy of the certificate of vaccination to include with the registration paper that you file with your local government. Go to your city hall or county offices, or check on their website.

Wow, a 3 year license, that would be nice!! We have a 3 year rabies here but license is required to be renewed every year. It cost $14 a year which actually isn't too bad but it costs me over a $100 each year as I make sure to register all my dogs and my mom's. Apparently though many around here don't register their dogs. I actually haven't came across many dogs owners in the city that have their dogs registered. I always like to be on the safe side so I always register mine.
