Could she be telling you she wants to go out? She is old enough now to be able to get through the night without peeing. She may be waking up because she needs to go out. I guess it is hard to get up that early but she is a puppy and needs to be taught to go outside to pee. If she can't get outside it is nice that she is waking you to let you know. |
