I just found a new groomer that I am finally happy with and they didn't require those things and they had a release that you can sign if you choose not to give the boardatella, etc. which is what I did because I don't think that is necessary at all.

What a great thread....I have more to read and there is a lot of information on here so i am going to get back at it!
