Hmmm...I'm not entirely sure if you can extend them...although, it seems like you could bc the 2 parts of the 4-panel just kind of slide together (at the joint). So, maybe they'd be able to connect to the larger one? Does the larger one seem taller tho? If yes, maybe they wouldn't work together...
