I'm pretty sure they are really similar to langostinos if not the exact same thing. I've only had langostinos in a Rubio's "lobster" burrito, did not care for them, but then again, it was Rubio's
I've not had "authentic" cajun crawfish, but there are a lot of vietnamese-american places here in Orange County that serve "cajun style" crawfish and are REALLY popular here. Crawfish just take so much effort to eat with not much meat, but when they are cooked properly oh are they SO good! and yes I love to suck the brains out of their heads


I've also noticed a lot of asian buffets around here are putting crawfish on the menus, not tasty to eat those buggers when they are made in mass quantities like that, watery and rubbery, and yet I see people bringing mounds and mounds of them back to their tables
