My Aveo has a passenger airbag detection sensor. I think if the weight in the seat is 80+ lbs it turns the airbag on.
It's still scary though, I'm a nervous wreck when we drive with him. Not because of my or my husband's driving, but beacause of the other people.
There is a magnet at a store that I saw that said "YORKIE ON BOARD. NO TAILGATING!" Grandted it may not help. |
