Don't know if this applies to any of you here...
I took ZoE for a 6 month checkup today before scheduling her spay. There was a lady with the cutest little pomeranian puppy there for its first checkup. She said her previous pom died in a car crash. I didn't want to make her feel responsible by inquiring if the dog was restrained...when she volunteered that it died from internal injuries she sustained from the airbags deploying in the crash while riding in a console mounted car seat in her SUV
. Has anyone else heard of this happening? Now it has me wondering if there is any safety/crash-test standards for these seats.
