If you are from NJ, I don't know how far it is from Boston. There is one of the best neurologist, who specialises at that GME disease. His name is Alan Sisson, just google him. He is not cheap, only consultation is appx. $200, but he is highly recommended.

Also, usually adult dogs get affected by NME/NLE/GME
