I'm not sure if you've already tried this, but what about Simplicef? It treats both gram-negative and gram-positive organisms - and is often used as a subsequent Antibio when Clavamox is ineffective. It sounds like you may have some resistance developing. If used after Clava, it's often given for 30 days.
