Ok so I've been reading the book, and many of the testimonies state they lost weight using CO but they don't really say HOW they use it. Other than taking it by the spoonful (ugh no) or taking out all fat and subbing in CO when you cook (not possible if you don't have a proper kitchen), what do you do? So far I've just found subbing butter on your toast for CO, mixing it in your baked potato, etc. but then I read one person just put it on everything, even on their pizza! How do you think the CO added to a regular [unhealthy] diet would go? added weight? CO cancels out polyunsaturated fat?
On another note, CO promised increased energy. Usually during the afternoon Uni is sleeping being super duper bored. (I know bc we are busy working and she is "sleeping" with her eyes open.) The last two days she has been playing with her long neglected and forgotten toys. I give her 1/4 tsp of CO per day. Perhaps it's helping with her energy levels? Not like she wasn't lethargic or anything before, but just laying around bc she was just, well, bored. I think anyway.
