So are you taking 1 tsp orally without mixing it in anything? I find the book isn't very clear about HOW people are taking it or using it if they are not cooking with it for recipes from scratch. I'm scared to add it to my regular diet which has plenty of polyunsaturated fats and end up gaining more weight!
