Yeah, I've been pretty much just doubling up on the costs of the materials and the labor is basically free. For example I make mini hats out of buckram. I have one that I sell for $175. The materials alone cost me about $50 and that's taking all the discounts and ordering wholesale I can. Then the actual process takes about 2-3 weeks depending on what I'm working on, in the end, I'm really working for less than free.

Now I need to decide, do I want a mini Uni in scraggly mode or just bathed mode? LOL
