One trainer showed me by sitting on the floor with her legs out....
She had the puppy on the outside of her right leg..... [with Leg Straight out but Slightly Bent....] she put the treat on the inside part of the leg, and coaxed the pup so that the puppy had to go under the raised knee to get the treat....
When he started doing that she would say down and push him down by straightening the knee.
