I don't know if this will be helpful for anyone, but I love this workout! It's only 20min, so it's really hard to make excuses to avoid it.
What's great about it is that it prevents plateauing, confuses the body as to a routine, and goes fast.
Hubby and me call this the A$$ Kicking Workout.
I saved it into 2 different .jpg's - the original from a magazine, and a text version. Let me know if you try this
