Congrats on the beautiful little girl you've adopted. I was so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I have found a little yorkie's love helps hearts to heal from heartache.
I agree w other posts on taking her to the vet. I think a check to establish a "baseline" is a very good thing. Perhaps the vet could also help facilitate getting the old records for you. I would especially take her as her appetite is not good. It may just be the adjustment or she may just be a picky eater, but I would want to make sure nothing is wrong.
Please use a harness and not a collar/leash combo for walking. These little dogs have such delicate trachea that are prone to collapsing issues. (You may already be doing this.) I've heard little cesars food is rich. You might want to try a food that is not so rich.
