I have a Fourche Terrier (yorkie/westie hybrid) and her ears started stinking a couple of months ago, we took her to the vet & his only idea of what could be causing the smell is allergies. He said she probably had food allergies and suggested we find a dog food with only 1 or 2 ingredients, rather than something like Beneful (which is what we were using). Tractor Supply is a great place to find this food, it's a little pricey, but Gabby's ears cleared up in no time (they were also slightly red & itched). |
