Im beginning to think I'm going to have to start looking outside of IL.
Im just so set on wanting to actually visit the breeder and see the conditions etc. I've purchased a Yorkie from another state before, but I didnt really want to do that again. I guess the only way I would is if I found an amazing breeder.
