Yorkshire Terrier Club of America has very good show breeders and if they don't have anything available at this time, they might know someone who does. Many are located in Seattle area and know the Oregon breeders as well.
YOu can expect to pay about $1500 for a puppy. Perhaps less for an older one, sometimes a male might be a little less. They will interview you or should and will ensure you are the right home for their puppy. You cannot expect anything under 12 weeks of age, often a bit older.
