We boiled some chicken to entice him to eat and chopped it up in our food processor so it would be easy for him to digest. We put it in his bowl and we were so happy that he started to eat it. Then I went back over to scrape the rest of the chicken out of the food processor and I smelled Dawn dishwashing liquid. It turns out we had squirted a bit in the food processor the other day to wash it and forgot- so the liquid had dried and we didn't notice it before we put the chicken in to chop it up! Dawn is poisonous! We immediately got on the phone with poison control
and the ER vet and they both say he should be fine that it probably wasn't much but
im worried absolutely sick about him now
