You can call the vet and see if they are okay with you trying gas drops for a day first or something they could prescribe without going in.
No panting, heavy breathing, laying in weird positions, hesitancy to jump/climb/walk/play?
Doesn't want to eat still? This is very concerning. That is one thing Ellie's vet won't wait around too long and watch without testing. With all of these symptoms, he should be seen asap.
