Hi there! Don't worry...when we brought Daisy home at roughly 8 weeks she was at the vet within the week. She weighed in at 3.1 pounds. Now, at roughly 13 weeks and at her second vet visit this morning, she is now 5.6 pounds!
The vet said he suspects she will weigh anywhere between 10 and 14 pounds full grown. We give her plenty of food, but by no means are giving her anything unnecessary or you wouldn't expect....she is just growing! Unless you're like force feeding her every two seconds or something, I'm sure it's just taking its natural course.
