He shouldn't be having the milk, and your other feeding should be geared to a high quality puppy food to give him necessary vitamins etc. for growth, and to set him up for life long healthy eating. You can supplement with a little tiny bit of added chicken, etc., but not as a whole meal.

As a general rule of thumb, their adult weight will be double the weight at 12 weeks. It's not always accurate, but generally true.
