She's tiny and according to the vet is 7 pounds over weight, she is 14 pounds and is just a lil bit bigger in height and length than my tiny lil Sabrina who is only 4 pounds...he didn't recommend a food for me to switch her too and I told him what I feed her he said to cut back I usually put one cup of her dry food in a bowl in the morning for her and sabrina to share and then another cup at night. He said I should feed them a half of a cup of food in separate bowls but that makes no sense to me because Sabrina is eating half of the food, she is a lil fatty herself. I think I need to find another veterinarian and I'm wondering if there is anything I can do as far as the vet is concerned for misdiagnosing my baby and not doing any test to rule other more serious issues out, I paid an arm and a leg for the vet visit and he did nothing, charged me $85 for the blood work alone not to mention the diagnosis fee and the appointment fee. |
