Oh yeah...diet advice. Sorry - got off track for a moment.

Find a food program that works for you. Weight Watchers is my program of choice. It does work (like many others) if you stick to it. Also, a good excercise plan. I find that the excercise is important...but the food portions control is what really helps you lose. Best wishes!
