I've lost 18 pounds in the last 3 months by using the Iphone App "Lose it". It's great because it's not a diet just tracks what you are eating and your activities. You plug in how much you want to lose a week and it tells you how many calories you can eat per day to lose it. Once you are down to your goal weight it will tell you how many calories you need to maintain. I've got 8 pounds to go. |
