i live in south wales, uk and i had SO much trouble trying to find a harness that was small enough to fit Millie as she was SO tiny!
after searching absolutely everywhere for one i was about to give up hope then when in the pet shop (pets at home - they also have a website -

i never thought kitten harnesses existed so asked the shop assistant to help me try one on Millie (she was there with me at the time) which they did and it fit perfectly! they are also adjustable and fit Millie from the age of about 8 weeks to about 6 months then i bought just a normal x-small dog harness.
i know that with my next yorkie pup i will be heading straight for one of these tiny kitten harnesses!!
