GREAT! You have built-in mentoring in the form of family. I am assuming here so if I am wrong..just ignore the post. They have told you about the whelping box/bed, warmth, suction syringe, warmed wash cloths(to vigorously rub a puppy that might need help) having cord tie (I use dental floss if needed) scissors to help tear the sac or cut the cord, and lots of coffee. Coffee? Yes, coffee!!!!! You surely don't think these Yorkies deliver when it is convenient for us humans. NOOOOOO! They wait til the middle of the night and stay at it til all hope of sleep is gone...LOL
Seriously, I am glad you have back-up and help if needed..Let us know when your babies are here and of course, post pics..Congrats!!!!!!!
BTW, how large is your dam and sire??
