I would check with the hotel- most, while pet friendly, do not allow pets in the pool area or other common areas of the hotel.
Make sure you have a crate in case you need to leave her alone in the room.
Make sure her tag has your cell phone number on it.
Carry her vaccination records with you, also take a current photo of her with you.
Research before you go and have the name, phone number, and address, as well as directions from the hotel to a local emergency vet.
Carry bottles of the water she is used to drinking with you.
