It sounds like what Jada does at times and hers is reverse sneezing. It is a choking hacking sound. We went to the vet this morning for Bogie's annual and I took Jada in with us because she had been doing it more the last couple of weeks and she was a little wheezy last night and this morning. The wheezing is allergies and Doc said that allergies can make the reverse sneezing worse. It sounds much worse than it is. If she is doing it if you will take your hand and lightly tap the nose and stroke the throat it will usually make them start breath correctly. Blowing lightly in the nose works too. |
