Thanks for the advice everyone! It's a long drive but I'm going to Lakewood tomorrow to see another vet. He told me he could see me tomorrow and even told me what things to look for before I get there. He told me tonight to give him some chicken and rice with the probiotic for dinner which I did and Kobe loved it! Yay! He also told me to give him a little bit of nutrical or honey to make sure his blood sugars aren't low so I did that as well. He also advised to not give any more of the pills until he evaluates Kobe because he doesnt want to risk anything else happening; just in case those pills were the cause. HE said that he's not sure yet, but from I told him, it sounds like Kobe did have an overdose. He doesn't understand that if the doctor already gave Kobe antibiotics and the metro already, why he needed an extra dosage four hours later. But we will be certain tomorrow what's going on once the vet examines him. He sounds like an amazing doctor and I appreciate the fact that I have never seen him before yet he took the time to speak to me and answer all questions and concerns I had, unlike the vet I saw but never returned my call.
