Peek a Boo had two attacks of pancreatitis a few years back and he takes Coconut Oil twice a day. CO is a plant fat... animal fats cause Pancreatitis... also it's a Medium chain fatty acid (MCFA) as opposed to most common oils and fats that are Long Chain Fatty Acids (LCFA).

The body metabolizes MCFA differently, so no worry of it causing Pancreatitis.

Check with a Nutritionist... they may know more about it. There are so many benefits.... great for people too.
