I have an elypitcal machine...does anyone know if that is a good form of excercise or does it make more sense to look into a treadmill?
My vote is for once a week check in.

The elyptical machine is very good. I can't do it due to my bad breathing. Anything that will keep your cardio "up" is good. Just start out doing it once a day - then, maybe try for twice a day. Whatever! Every little bit helps.
Just remember to drink lots of water so you can flush all that junk out of your system.
