Well, I'll teach you what I learned on the pond forum, since you've taught me so many things about Yorkies. Ducks don't eat meat, they're vegetarians, and fish are considered meat. Ducks eat the algae and plants in water. Lots of other birds eat fish though, especially Herons, and once they taste your pond, they remember it forever. Joey has saved many fish! I can't believe he can chase a huge Heron away; they can be pretty scary looking.
