Hey everyone:

I wanted to find out if y'all prefer collars for your babies, or harnesses?

My little girl is going through a (loud!) barky phase, and she pulls and jerks on the leash when she sees a car, person, child... oh, pretty much anything... and I worry about her hurting her neck, and I wanted to see if y'all use harnesses, and if you recommend them.

P.S. Any tips on the barking would be great too! Distractions don't work (pennies in a can, water bottle, even the high-pitched beepers) ... she's a sweet girl, but I haven't learned how to convince her that she's safe and doesn't need to bark at everything.
