Thank You Thanks so much for the thoughts and prayers. I just got back from visiting my little girl. They said she actually went out and tee teed and trotted back toward the door. She isn't wanting solid foods yet and that is a must to go home.
Her ears were perked up when they were brining her to me to hold, but when she saw me she dropped her ears and wouldn't look at me. I knew then that she was going to be fine because that is her "I'm mad at you" look. I did force feed her a little, but decided on tube feeding her tonight.
The Doctor said that she has improved amazingly and that if all goes well that we will bring her "home" Tomorrow night.
We are currently in Minnesota due to work and it is an 17 hour drive back to Alabama so they are going to leave the tube in "just in case" and send food home with us.
They are also checking her for Addison disease and should know the results to that test tomorrow.
I will be SO happy to have her home with us. And I've learned a great lesson. |
