Are they strapped in like a car seat? I can see mine going crazy when she sees another dog and flying out. I know they have a screen, but can they break through? I have always wanted one for crowds or vacation to keep her safe, but I am afraid people would stare when I have a crazy, barking baby being pushed down the street.
