I have one and I use it mostly for pet expos because at 16 Callie is to heavy to carrie in a carrier for a long amount of time but still to small for me to be comfortable with her on the ground around so many people. Now Callie doesn't want to walk around the pet store anymore she walks to the cart and tries climbing up they side of the cart and once when we were looking at something she got on the thing at the bottom of the cart thinking if she wasn't going to be put in the cart she would find another way to ride.
