It's all in how you train them, Yorkies can be anything you want them
to be.
I have two, who'll start eating you from your feet upward, unless
I call them off. I know that many may not understand that, but
I've never been accused of conventionality. Yorkies are absolutely
fantastic Guard Dogs, or, they can be !
