I use the washable pads & disposables (when I'm slacking on laundry duty...) I've not had any problems with ZoE peeing anywhere but on her pads. I'm wondering if it's because she knows where to go, not just on what to go. The pee pads have been in the same place since the day I brought her home. When she used a playpen, I put the playpen around her potty area. So, the place she goes potty in our home hasn't ever changed. (same as my mum & dad's place..she has a designated spot).
I admit, I praise like a crazy & reward with a treat everytime she goes. If ZoE goes potty while I'm out, she'll show me where she went on her pad when I get home so she gets a treat.
