I just got home from work (12 am) now and noticed that one of my molly's front teats are extremely swollen and firm. No major redness noted but it looks extremely painful and spreads as far as the teat below it up to her armpit. I took a warm wet facecloth and massaged it a bit and will be calling the vet first thing tomorrow. Is there anything else you would recommend doing in the mean time?

I should add, her babies are just over four weeks old and yes we have started weaning over the past few days.
