Gabby is doing fine! I believe the med is working...her eye does look a bit less swollen. She goes back in two weeks to see the opthamologist.
She had a terrible weekend last week with her bowels again. I had her evaluated again by the vet...lab results all normal. We are thinking it is stress colitis. It also could be from her not eliminating fully since I do have to express her bowels; but there is no bacterial overgrowth so not sure it is that. She is on probiotics just in case. For now I have stopped physical therapy. The week before it happened she was all over the house and went to PT three times. I am thinking it may have been too much. She has not tried to walk since.
The past two days she did stand for a few minutes, so hopefully she is feeling better again. It really is trial and error right now.
