No it's not normal. Was the seizure caused by a hypoglycemic episode? -that is common when they're that young. If that's the case he probaly told you to feed the chicken just to make sure she's eating somthing and protien is good for keeping glucose levels stable. You can't feed only chicken long term tough, she won't get all the nutrients and vitamins she need from chicken breast alone, especially cooked. Follow you're vets advise for now, she's still really young and technically should still be with her mom for two more weeks, so you just have to make sure she's eating every 4 hours or so and if she likes chicken but won't eat dog food, go with it for now.
