The vet thought it may be that Orijen is too high in protein and fat for him looking at the timeline of the problem. I tend to agree. I'm going to get him back on the Innova and add some chicken/or broth to the evening meal to entice him to eat. I'll eventually back off the enticement. The Vet said the Royal Canin Yorshire Terrier formula may be an option. Anyone out there using that?

Awww, so glad he's feeling better
. Eh, I'd stay way from the Royal Canin it has lots of corn and other fillers, I'd just go back to the Innova if those were my two options. Or you can try a good Limited Ingredient diet - Nature's Variety has a new one that I'm going to try and Natural Balnce makes quite a few, I also think Blue Buffalo has a formula for more sensative tummies that's lower in fat but I'm not positive.
