I hope Muffie does well. When Jasper passed at 12 years, I think he only had about 3 teeth left and his tongue hung out all the time, too cute.
Neither one of my pups would let me do their teeth, and they both had to have some removed over the years. Jasper had baaaad teeth, Angels were much better, and she only lost about 4 over her lifetime.
Neither one had any troubles with the surgeries, and there was no pain meds necessary afterwards. And Jasper still ate kibble! He just gummed it more!
