If you go to all of the forums on the main YT Forum page there's Off Topic Games. In there is a game called "Ban the Person Above You".

It's really fun and funny. The basis is to "ban" someone from there from some ridiculous reason, even tho they always come back making the job tireless & endless
you can read some of the more recent pages to see what I mean. It's a place to be laid back, witty, & be able to give & take a joke. The whole title thing...well, you will probably see in time.
