I think your doing the right thing to prepare them for the baby coming. They will adjust, I could sleep through an explosion, my kids always ask " mom how can you sleep when Laci walks all over you when your sleeping" I never wake up , if she has to pee she will lick my face over and over until I wake up.
Get all the rest you need now you deserve it.
