[B]wendybee IS RIGHT ON TARGET! "YORKIES ARE FOR LIFE NOT JUST FOR CHRISTMAS"!
Thanks wendybee for saying that. My next litter is due any day now...This is our second litter from our Lil'Bit.
When our pups are ready for sale I don't care how much money someone has I interview the person, ask questions, etc. before I let someone have one of our pups. I have work on the psychiatric unit of a hospital for 10 years and I am a pretty good judge of character and if I don't feel the person is right for the pup or the pup not right for them...THEY JUST DON'T GET IT.
I also send a check list home with the person who does get one of our pups and list what they like and don't like and a little about their personality...atleast of what I had observed so far in their short little life with me.
I also give them all the vet records, my vets name, address and phone number if they would like to call her (She said that was ok with her) and even sometimes a little toy or treat they like at that time.
I think all these things are important...atleast to me..I want to give a healthy, happy puppy to the buyer and want them to feel very secure with their new puppy.
**Anyone else so crazy as me?? I just love Yorkies
