Hi,
Gave Bella her heartworm medication. She seems to feel under the weather.
Just wants to be held in her blanket. Won't eat, even her treats, cottage cheese. Just wants to cuddle/snuggle and be held. No other symptoms. This morning her stomach was making lots of noises, they have stopped. She also shakes on/off if she is not in her blanket.
Wouldn't say she is getting worse, just seems to feel under the weather. Planning a visit to the vet if she is not herself tomorrow. Has anyone had their Yorkie act differently after heart meds?
Appreciate any insight you might have. She's tiny, 4.8 lbs. Do I still need to worry at 2 1/2 years about hypoglycemia if she's not eating?
